This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made directly from PalaFox Labs LLC d/b/a Kitty Kapital through kittykapital.com.
1. Shipping Cost
Kitty Kapital currently offers free U.S. shipping on all orders.
Shipping offers may change in the future. The shipping charge, if any, displayed at checkout will control for your order.
2. Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are included.
Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and U.S. territories may be available where supported at checkout and may require additional delivery time.
We currently do not offer international shipping outside U.S. destinations supported by our checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery
Most orders are estimated to arrive within 2–5 business days.
This timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery may take longer because of carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high-volume periods, remote destinations, military addresses, U.S. territories, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.
4. Order Processing
We do not currently publish a separate guaranteed processing-time window.
The 2–5 business-day delivery estimate is the customer-facing estimate for most orders. If an unusual delay materially affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an update using the contact information associated with the order.
5. Carriers
Orders may be shipped through USPS or UPS, or another appropriate carrier when necessary.
We do not guarantee that a particular carrier or shipping service will be used for an individual order.
6. Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided using the contact information associated with your order.
Carrier tracking may take time to update after a shipping label is created or a package is transferred to the carrier.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional shipping charges or losses resulting from an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
8. Delayed Shipments
Carrier delays can occur after an order leaves our possession.
A delivery estimate does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
If your tracking information indicates an unusual delay, contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.
9. Lost Packages
If you believe your package has been lost, contact inquiries@kittykapital.com and include your order number and relevant tracking information.
We may ask you to allow reasonable time for a carrier investigation before a replacement or refund is issued.
